      SWEEPSTAKES RULES

                                              

  1. SWEEPS will run from January 1st, 2009 until December 31st, 2009 and every year thereafter.
  2. You must be a member of this club to enter sweeps and membership must be paid the full year to recieve awards.
  3. Open and Youth divisions - youth going by age, up until their 19th birthday. Youth may show in Youth or Open classes(if there is no Youth class). 
  4. All show accepted colors allowed. As long as the judge will judge it, we will include it.
  5. Only entries from ARBA sanctioned shows allowed.
  6. Convention and National wins WILL NOT be doubled. It isn't fair to those that cannot make these big shows.
  7. Exhibitors have 90 days from show date to send via snail mail... VERY CLEAR copies of show remark cards or show report. ALL copies of remark cards or show reports for October thru December must be to Francine by Jan 15th to recieve the points. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  10. CARDS MUST SHOW... club members name, show name and date, open or youth, BREED and class entered, award/placement and judge's name
  11. Awards will be given to the TOP 5 placements in OPEN and YOUTH and will be awarded at our Specialty Show. You need not be present. Awards can be mailed.
  12. POINTS AS FOLLOWS:

  •                                                             RIS/BOSB - 8 pts
  •                                                 BOG - 6 pts
  •                                                 BOSG - 5 pts
  •                                                             BOV - 6 pts
  •                                                             BOSV -  5 pts
